Payment Policy

Applicable Services

  • Applicable Services: This policy applies to all services, including Attendant, Nursing Care, Critical Care, Infant Care, and Rehab Care, excluding Physio and short-term intervention services.
  • Direct Payments to Ragini Nursing Bureau: All payments should be made directly to Ragini Nursing Bureau. Please do not pay the caregiver in cash or by cheque unless instructed by the Ragini Nursing Bureau Customer Service team. Payments can be made online, through our app, or by requesting a cash or cheque pickup.
  • Accepted Payment Modes: We accept payments via our app, online, NEFT, cheque, and cash. For convenience and timely caregiver payments, we encourage advance online payments. For cash or cheque pickups, the minimum amount should be Rs. 1500; amounts below this threshold should be paid online.
  • Taxes: A 3% tax applies to all services provided by Ragini Nursing Bureau, in accordance with prevailing tax regulations.

Payment Facilities

  • Weekly Payments: Invoices are generated every 7 days, and payment is due in advance. A daily penalty of Rs. 100 applies for late payments.
  • Monthly Payments: Monthly payments require advance payment for 30 days. If not paid in advance, the default weekly cycle will apply.
  • Surcharge: During festive seasons, a surcharge is added as an incentive for caregivers working on holidays. This fee, ranging from Rs. 100 to Rs. 300 per 12-hour visit, will be communicated two days before the festival.

General Terms and Conditions on Payments

  • Ragini Nursing Bureau is not responsible for any payments made directly to caregivers. All service fees must be paid directly to Ragini Nursing Bureau; payments made to caregivers will not be adjusted against the service fee.
  • If payment is overdue by more than 30 days, legal action may be pursued, and disputes will be resolved in the relevant district court.
  • The listed payment amounts cover verified caregiver visits only. Unverified visit charges will be added upon confirmation from both the customer and the caregiver.

Refund Policy

Refunds, once initiated, will be credited to your account within 3 working days. Refunds are processed exclusively through NEFT.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule any appointment by calling us at +91-7859989007 or through our website/app at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to caregiver availability, and we cannot guarantee the same caregiver or time for rescheduled appointments.
  • Ragini Nursing Bureau reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments without prior notice. In case of cancellation by us, any advance payment made will be refunded.
